OVERVIEW
This is an upgraded axle assembly for your Tamiya Clodbuster, Super Clodbuster, or Bullhead, and can also be used in custom builds or other 1/10 monster-trucks or custom ‘super-class’ rock crawlers. The gearbox housing is made from aluminum alloy, and features include: ball bearings for all internal gears, alloy single-shock mounting plates (designed for single-shock setups – one shock per side), alloy OEM steering delete post with mounts for suspension links, alloy hub carriers, alloy 12mm removable wheel hexes, alloy 7mm thick adjustable steering linkage, alloy on-axle servo mount, turning radius limit adjustment screws, brass gear insert for the steel dog bones, steel output shafts, steel axles, transparent motor plate cover for easy pinion gear viewing, and all metric hex hardware including cap head screws and lock nuts.
This axle has a composite internal gear set with center locked spool. We also have an optional metal internal gear upgrade set available, part #C22729.
