OVERVIEW
Replace your stock HPI Savage X, Savage .21, or Savage .25 dampers with a our high-performance QSR Piggyback Shocks. These upgraded shocks feature functional external reservoirs to increase the dampening capacity of the shocks so you can tackle tougher obstacles and rougher terrain. All of the components on the outside are made from anodized aluminum alloy – threaded shock bodies, alloy top cap, and alloy spring retainer. The spring preload adjuster has a knurled pattern on the outside for easy adjustment. Inside, heavy-duty extended length shock shafts slide smooth with precision. By far the spring setup is the most unique feature: the QSR uses a two-spring setup, with a linear spring up top and a three-stage progressive spring at the bottom, to give the QSR the ability to adapt to practically any terrain. Total extended shock length (eye to eye) is 161mm. Packaged and sold as a pair (2 shocks each), the QSR shocks are available in black, gunmetal, orange, purple, red, or silver. NOTE: Some parts include new hardware where applicable, but some parts are designed to use your original hardware and fasteners.
