Replace your stock HPI Baja 5B, 5T, or 5B 2.0 shocks with a set of our high-performance Billet Machined Type IV Shock Set. These upgraded shocks feature functional external reservoirs to increase the dampening capacity of the shocks without making them longer (and heavier). With increased capacity you can tackle tougher obstacles and rougher terrain. They feature upgraded 8mm thick shock shafts that can handle more abuse.
All of the components on the outside are made from anodized aluminum alloy – threaded shock bodies, alloy top cap, alloy spring retainer and alloy ball end. Both the main body and external reservoir use O-ring seals, and both upper and lower shock mounting points use metal pivot balls.
Total extended shock length is 190mm for the front shocks and 210mm for the rear shocks (mount to mount). You get 4 shocks in a package (enough for one vehicle). The shocks are available with anodized gunmetal, silver, or orange main bodies and caps.
