Inexpensive Dress Up
I have a Traxxas TRX-4 Sport with a Traxxas TQ controller. I ordered and recieved this item quickly which was great. Unfortunately there are no instructions on how to install this on your controller but it is fairly simply to figure out. After taking the original wheel off and trying all the adapters i did find the correct one, I did have to dig through my screw bag to find a shorter mounting screw for that adapter. I wish they had included a shorter mounting screw. After finding the screw and getting the adapter mounted the rest was easy, slip the disc brake on, line up the wheel and install the 5 “lug screws”, DONE. I like the feel and look the wheel gives my contoller and it will make it easier to identify my controller. I would recommend this as an inexpensive upgrade to the forgotten contoller.
